I hope you had a great christmas and new year, we did. we went to lee's mum's in Mundesley and Blossom had a great time going to the beach and playing with Milly and Lotty. I thought I'd send you some recent pics of Blossom.

Wallace
My Milky Bar Kid as he was affectionately known has gone to his new home with Corinne and Adam. He got his nickname due to being the smallest in the litter, I worried that he may get pushed off by the other five so I bottle fed him as well just to be sure he got enough milk.
I needn't have worried he thrived but there is always that special bond when precious time is given one to one, everytime he saw me he thought it was his bottle time hence his nick name.
Just to let you know that Wallace was very good on the car journey home and he's just starting to settle. Last night he was mournful and missing his old life but today he's been a lot more playful. He seems to really enjoy his food though so we think this is a good way of getting to his little heart. As for toys, he seems to like toilet rolls more than the toys we have bought, although his puppy kong has been of more and more interest, especially when it has cottage cheese and carrots in it.
His crate and toilet training are excellent (you've done a marvellous job!). He loves his crate so much and he's actually inside it now sleeping while I write this.
Wallace is a wonderful addition to our home and thanks again for raising him so well.

Tantino or Luca as he is to be known now is the second of the litter to leave us, He is going to be living in Stafford so hopefully I will get to see him sometimes as I am often at shows there. Dawn and I arranged to initially meet up at the Showground where we could get to know each other and she could see Emi and Sebastian both of whom I was showing that day. For her it would be a hands on experience and she seemed to just glow during the whole time we were together.
There was never a moments doubt in my mind that she would be a suitable new owner, she just seemed to adore them both and asked a lot of questions and experienced an awful lot of licks and cuddles.
She and her family came to visit us and meet the rest of the family including mum and dad of course.

Her children and husband were as delightful as she was and I was very content to pass the batton over to them as soon as he was old enough to leave me
We kept in touch and both pictures ans catch-up news continued until the day arrived. Such an excited family, as they left I felt so content in the choice of this little boy for them, he was just the right character and would fit in with their life style perfectly.
However, for me, as always when they go, he has left a big gap but at this time in the puppy's life although I miss them dreadfully, I know they will have wonderful lives with their new owners, if ever I had any doubt about that they would not be going.
There will be just so much fun, so much laughter and most important of all just so, so, much love.

Our litttle Luca is an absolute dream. He travelled extremely well, cried for short while after leaving yours, but settled and no sickness.
He has eaten, and had a poo poo outside in the back yard and met the cats. I'm amazed how well they responded to him, the frightened cat does not seemed to be at all phased by him. He has also met granny and now he is flat out on the settee so much for such a little one in one day.

Thought you would like to know that our little Luca is absolutly fine. Overnight on Sunday night we never heard a peep from him but last night he woke a couple of times. On Thursday he has an appointment at the vets just to check him over. Attached is a couple of pictures of our little angel.

Janet and Gordon meet Beau
Hello, down there
The first meeting is always fascinating to watch, For Janet and Gordon it was bitter sweet they had recently lost their very precious Bolognese Sebastian and only now felt ready to contemplate a new boy in their household. I think it was instant they both homed in on Beau, or did he home in on them.
Do you choose your puppy or do they choose you, I wonder. All I do know is nearly always it is a match made in heaven and instinctively each one knows who is right for them.
Will you look after me and be my new mum please

Sitting Pretty
Beau is a beautiful little boy loving, adventorious and will suit his new family well. I had chosen him especially as he had and important task ahead of him. His new family had lost their first Bolognese Sebastian recently and were devasted, Beau was not a replacement but he will fill that huge gap left behind with his own special magic. He had to be introduced to a very large family cat, who had been Sebastian's close companion over the years - would it work there were to be anxious moments ahead.
This is their first encounter.

After a long and tedious journey we arrived home at about 6 pm. Beau was sick an hour and a half into the journey. He didn't seem anxious at all. The only time we sat up alert was the sound of a police car siren. When our cat met him Beau was in his bed and Wellington looked at him as if to say: "My Sebby, what launderette did they send you to?" When Beau saw Wellington in the garden Beau let out an enormous sound as if he was a German Shepherd rather than a Bolognese puppy. Wellington took off and landed on the shed roof.. Both were scared of each other. Later Wellington came and sat on the sofa. He kissed Beau and they sat on the sofa together. It was beautiful to watch and made me cry. I think they are going to be good friends. The weather was awful yesterday evening. Teeming with rain and our grass was absolutely saturated but bless him he did his wees on the grass. We felt it was most important that he learnt where to go immediately he arrived in his new home so we stood in the rain with him. Beau cried and howled when we put him in his crate in the kitchen so we took the crate up into our bedroom and he cried and howled for a while but settled . He awoke at 4 am and I took him into the garden where in pooed and peed. We all got up at 8 and he has been eating and playing and exploring each room. He follows us everywhere and doesn't seem to be afraid of anything. He is quite a character and congratulations to you for breeding such a beautiful little creature. As I type this he is curled up on my lap and sleeping quite contentedly.
